Max drive help –
11-14-2005,07:10 AM
hey
i have a max drive 16mb usb memroy stick for my ps2
i have downloaded some max drive format save games and some are ntsc and some are pal
could somebody help me changing them to a specific format such as ntsc by editing it somehow
one more thing is that with the independence compiler 4.0 you can save exploits/files as a xps format
i was wondering if i could do this with save games
also wanted to know if there is a .xps to .max converter
or a .max to .xps converter
thanks

sure is....go to ps2savetools.com
look for ps2save builder. this will save to any format back and forth. If you download a PAL format, when you open it in ps2savebuilder you will see it labeled BEDATASLES210.56 (example, made up numbers). All you have to do is change it to BADATA(your ID, look on your game disk or iso files). There you go.
unmodded v10 PS2 NTSC
120 GB Maxtor Hardrive
HDL exploit (Key Launcher)
PS1 game: Twisted Metal 3
PS2 remote ( w/ reset button
)

yep you can transfer files from PC to PS2 or vice versa using the max drive (usb stick). You have to use the cd that came with it as well.
