i need help with putting open ps2 loader on a ps2 mc(ps3 virtual ps2 mc).

so here is my problem i need open ps2 loader on a ps3 with fw 4.11 and i have swapmagic 3.6 plus which works still and

was wondering how i could do this with out the need of using a ps2. so i was thinking of using a ps2 gamesave builder and then a ps2 to ps3 gamesave converter then walla i have open ps2 loader on my ps3 but aslo is there a way to run ps2 games through usb drive connected to a raspberry pi, of course i would be getting a raspberry pi that has a ethernet port.

There could always be a possibility for an emulator on the raspberry pi
