Hi how is everyone doing?
How do I load up these PS2 and Max saves from the PC to the PS2?
doesnot Action Replay Max support USB Drive ? i have never used Action Replay Max but i think it can be done via usb drive
But he never said that he has "Action Replay Max".
He just asked for help using some saves (which he may have downloaded).
You can look around for various PS2 gamesave converters for a PC, to find one (or a combination of them) that lets you convert the gamesaves you have into PSU form (a special format using the ".psu" filename extension). That is the format natively supported by uLaunchELF (aka: uLE) in its FileBrowser.
So with uLE running you can start its FileBrowser and browse to a device holding those PSU files that you prepared on the PC. There you then select those files and use the "Copy" command of the FileBrowser, after which you browse into the MC where you want the gamesaves restored and use the FileBrowser command "psuPaste". That will cause each of the PSU files to be restored into the original gamesave folder that it represents, including all files it contained and with all PS2-specific flags and timestamps restored.
This is the safest way to restore a gamesave with certainty that the game will accept the gamesave as valid (even with games not allowing gamesave copying).
The easiest way to transfer the files from PC to PS2 for such browsing and copying described above is by storing them on a FAT32 formatted USB drive, which the uLE FileBrowser can access as "mass:", another way that is better for regular gamesave backups and restore operations is to use "host:" to directly access fileshare folders on your PC. But that requires a more complex setup which may be considered 'off-topic' to your question.

he said Max saves so thought he meant about Max saves for AR Max.
oh yeah you are right like gamefaqs site .He probably did mean such gamesaves. But that doesn't mean he has the program.
Those gamesaves were probably made by someone else, and he just downloaded them
Ohhhh.. So that's what the psuPaste function is there for..
I've been actually using ps2savebuiler with mymc to extract, convert, then put into folder this whole timeHad my fair share of problems too because the icon.sys file would not be capitalized..
Yes, I created that command specifically for gamesave backup purposes.
It works differently depending on whether the source or the destination device is an MC.
With MC source psuPaste takes source gamesave folders and creates PSU files for them at the destination.
With MC destination psuPaste takes source PSU files and expands them to original gamesave folders on the destination MC.
That filename is defined by what the Sony browser in ROM looks for, and character case is always significant on the PS2, so changing the casing of any filename letter will make proper use of the file impossible.I've been actually using ps2savebuiler with mymc to extract, convert, then put into folder this whole timeHad my fair share of problems too because the icon.sys file would not be capitalized..
Anyway, while PS2SaveBuilder is not good for making PSU files directly, you can use it to convert gamesaves to XPS format, and then you can use ffgriever's "PS2SaveConverter" to convert the XPS format into PSU format for use with uLE.
This way you do not have to deal with any of the individual content files of the PS2.
And this should prevent their filenames from being 'messed up' in any way.

what i did was loaded ar max evo from opl then uncrushed the ar max saves to my memory card and voila magic lol
Ok, good for you this time. But do be careful to always have backups of everything if you continue to use that method, as it has a reputation for occasionally corrupting MC contents.
If you google the following search string you can find more details on this:
ARMax uncrush corrupt
That should give you plenty of hits to various pages where this problem is discussed, sometimes with confirmations and sometimes with denials (as opinions always differ), but it is my own belief that the problem is real.
