Sure, and you already know about it. In fact there are several different programs that can do it, but uLaunchELF (AKA: uLE) is the one with most current support.

There is no completely up-to-date guide, but there are some for older versions, and some separate tutorials for specific needs. This program has a separate subforum (inside the Homebrew/Dev forum), and there you can find all the stuff you need.

    As for what it is:
uLaunchELF is a general purpose file manager for the PS2, which includes the ability to copy files/folders between all PS2 media, with special modes available for gamesave backups (since normal file copying would not preserve gamesave specific attributes).

Other features include HDD management, text editing, JPG viewing, and the capability to launch all other PS2 homebrew programs.

    Best regards: dlanor

Hey "d" I manage all my saves with uLE and file copying works fine for me with both usb and ftp transfers. You guys are obviously better than you thought. LOL
