It is of course possible, and is best done by using some homebrew programs for that purpose. (There are two different ones both named "MC Killer".)
But before you do it, you should consider if the MC really has corrupted data or not, and in this you can not rely on the Sony MC browser. It will call any folder on MC 'corrupt' if it does not contain a Sony standard "icon.sys" file and a matching icon image file (variously named).
So if you have been using homebrew softwares these may have installed folders on your MC, and they usually do so without putting any icon files in them, thus making the Sony browser call those folders 'corrupt'. Some homebrews do use proper icon definitions, Sony style, and one of them even allows you to create such icons for any existing folder that needs them. That is the program "uLaunchELF" (aka: uLE) which you can find in its own subforum inside the homebrew forum of this site.

do i need to connect to the internet for that? i have no idea what im supposed to do haha
Well, if you have no idea how to run homebrew, then you obviously haven't been doing that, so any 'corrupted' blocks that the Sony browser shows you for that memory card must be assumed to truly be corrupted. And then there is no choice but to reformat the card.
Unfortunately the Sony browser doesn't offer any method to do that, and since you have no means of running homebrew, nor any habit of doing so, you'll have to buy some commercial tool to do it. Cheat engines like ARMax and CodeBreaker normally have MC managers that let you format a memory card completely.
You might want to look into the possibility of starting to use homebrew software instead, which has many benefits including the fact that all such stuff is freeware. But in order to do that from scratch you will need an uncorrupted memory card, and probably one of the commercial tools I mentioned as well, just to install your first homebrew booter. (Unless you know someone with a modchipped console who will let you install to your MC on that console.)
