Don't feel bad. It did the same thing to me. I was near the third city in GTA:SA with all the spraytags and etc. done when it wiped mine.

In Datel's Memory Manager software the Delete and Move command corrupt your memory card. The bug has been publicly known for about two years, and most people know better than to use a function in third-party software that is present in the official software. Delete files in the Browser or your computer, not with Datel's software.

Your data is lost. The only thing you can do now is to reformat the memory card. That's one of the few things Datel's software does well. Just highlight your card and press Square to bring up the prompt.
