Where could I find Codebreaker PAL Codes for MGS2. Or how do you convert ntsc to pal codes?

I'm pretty sure NTSC codes won't make much of a difference, try it. The only difference between NTSC and PAL (that I know about

) is that it runs at 60hz v 50hz, the video is a little different, and the SLUS file is a SCES file.
