Quick Multi-ELF tutorial:
-------------------------

This game checks the language you selected in your PS2 boot menu.
If it is different from english, it loads a localised ELF and disables the cheat code engine.
Directory looks like this:
RISE_DE.ELF - german
RISE_FR.ELF - french
SLES_501.10 - english

Search for a subroutine called "sceScfGetLanguage"

0023c6f8: jal sceScfGetLanguage
0023c6fc: nop
0023c700: addiu a0, zero, 0x0001
0023c704: beq v0, a0, 0x0023c754

So if v0=1 then skip loading RISE_DE.ELF or RISE_FR.ELF.
Therefore replace "jal sceScfGetLanguage" with "addiu v0, zero, 0x0001".
