in the v10 i didnt remove the f wire
the v9 i used i removed a dms3v9 cause the thing was giving me black-screens, but turned out to be a board that does not take chips well, cause it gave me black screens on the sxv910new as well. But for some reason it gave me less black screens on old code. Maybe less bios-patching??
So on some ps2s the boot rate is 90%, on some 60%, thats that.
If i tell the customers to give it another reset if the thing doesnt boot its fine.
Once it boots, the game will work.
But it does not give you that Bullet-Proof feeling that ndv17 gave u on old models or that Matrix-Infinity gives u on new ones
I am going to try the new code on a v10 ntsc tonite(without the f wire). Will let you all know how it turns out.
BTW, I am SO glad they decided to keep this site up.
