Well can u at least tell me how psx booting works?

sorry i don't use hex. All i am doing is creating a littel app like cogswap but instead of ps2 backups, i want to use it for psx discs. How can i use hex code?

this code is to be ran on SX ic chips dont think it will work on cd/dvd
