reflashing old "Magic 3.1 red"
reflashing old "Magic 3.1 red" –
i want to reflash an old Magic 3.1 with "ICE" for use in v3-v7 (without 74HC73)
can I also use the "ICE Final"?
In the RAR file from First Post,
there are 2 Files.
one .hex with "R", one without.
which one shall I use?
also I havent found any Readme, as stated in this thread.
does this mean, no "DEV1"?
and what about R and non-R?
Thanks so much,
first ICE Final (with 74HC73 installed yesterday to v7 - works like a charm!!)
Yes no DEV1
R code uses F point and on non R code you dont have to conect F instead you have ad a transistor to reset line.
i tried reflashing an old chip with NDV Code,
bit IC-Prog is giving me a "verify failed at adress 0000h" Error.
Is this normal?
Try programing without cp on.
programming it with "CP Off" is what i did now, and the error was gone then.
I should have rather just make a search in the Forums, as this error was discussed before here.
and thank you very much!
It's the opposite:

Yep your right my mistake
