PS2 CD / DVD cheatware production

Hi guyz,
we are working with a CD manufacturer for a legal PS2 Cheatsoftware.

The problem is the price of the CD - They ask for 4.80 US$ which is quite expensive. We already talked to another factory but they need exact information how to manufacture the CD. For sure our actual supplier wont give us any information.

Someone here can help?

going thru sony will also be expensive...they only have 2 officially certified factories in north america
