Problem with Duo2 and Final ICE code

Hello !
i have got a problem with my Duo2 Chip reflshed with ICE code in my V9
It seems not to work, i everytime get red screen.
dev mode down work (after 3 secs power the ps2 turnes off)
I uses diagrams from Murguichips (Duo2 V9)

iÂ´ve allready checked all points. and they are allright.

if i put the chip off the ps2 it works perfect.

the chip works perfect in a V5

no i hope that you can held me with the Duo2 v9 combo..

now i tried 2 duo2 in 2 diverent v9

everytime the same... nothing works

whats going on ? i donÂ´t understand
