new here and needing info

yes i have read though the threads, and I do not get it all.

its looks like now there is more than using just one chip.

so where do i order these chips to flash the ice code to? IS there a nice easy read tutorial on how to use/ flash/ and install like the tutorial over on xbox-scene? Do I make a boot cd and flash the chip that way? or what?
