1 does it show the matrix logo at boot
2 can you go to the configmenu triangle and circle on startup
3 what does it when you put in a backup
4 what version ps2/pstwo do you have
5 what infinity version Bluedot,yellow dot Original or clone

But to anser your question sumtings in the rong place or you need to flas chip with new FW.. If it wont flash then you need to look at your bios and cd/dvd controler points.. IF it will flash but not load a backup then your cd/dvd wires are in the rong place
