I'm getting someone to install a switch soon in my V7 NTSC PS2. What is the correct operating procedures when using the switch? Can everyone who is using the switch to tell me about their experience with the switch? My main concern is when I'm playing a game and something like an FMV has to load and then the PS2 will stop working. Thanks

try not to turn it on while the ps2 is running. if you are having problems with a game freezing, turn it off after booting the game. the mod does not affect the way data is read off the disc, so this should not interfere with your gameplay.

Do I have to turn off the power to the PS2 (ie. flipping the switch at the back), and then I can turn the switch back on. Can I turn on the switch when the PS2 is in sleep mode?
