After reading the boards for sometime on how people are installing the Magic 3 Switch to solve the problem, I went on in my own ventures for installing it for the Apple 2 Chip. And I'm proud to say that I got it to work. I'm having a friend bring over a digital camrea sometime today or tomrrow to take a picture of the chip and i'll explain exactly how i got the switch installed. AND NO cutting the power to the chip does nothing. But cutting the power to the clock generator worked. If you know what i'm talking about, trace the power with a continuity meter to the top left leg of the 50 Silver clock chip. you need to cut the power there. It effectively stops the chip from working. Now for two disc games such as the Import Ayumi Hamasaki Live Video Concert Game which contained 2 DVD's all you have to do is whenever you need to switch disks, flip the switch back to the ON position wait 2 seconds and tap eject and swap to Disc 2. It works perfectly. I've tested Kingdom Hearts, Housinigi 2 (Crashed like mad before the switch), Grand Theft Auto Vice City each for a period of 2- 5 hours without a single hiccup. My next venture will be to purchase a Scenix programmer and some blank chips to try the Blackat code. I like to say thank you to all the awesome people on this board for all the help they have supplied. I will be posting all my knowledge on Ps1 and Ps2 mod chips to everyone here. I hope copy and paste king doesn't get this.
