Yeah grat SINCRO! did u resolve the "idehack on v12 +dev1" not working issue?

I have created an ICE PACK, its 7.62 meg and is much like BM Megapack.
What I need to know is it alright to distribute this like BM Megapack, do I need permission from the maker of Ice Manager and also if I can pass this on I need someone to host it for download as I dont have a Website.
