ICE Noob Help Please

Hello All
I have A V7 PS2 and would like to chip it with The Magic ICE.

V1-V7/8 reduced wiring code

Is This What i Need? i alsso got the tools package for building the flash image.

Also What programmer do i need to program this?. i looked into a programmer called fluffy 2 but you already need a programmer to make it.

and finally were can i find wiring diagrams to wire this chip up?

for the wiring do i just use the diagrams from the magic 3 modchip?

I have a radio shack PCB kit, I also have a old pic programmer, hope it will program the 16* chip for fluffy, thing is, in USA is so hard to find anything, you have to order everything online, and I don't have a laser printer. Are there any printers in a print shop what will work, like print directly to pcb surface? Or inject printer without the photo sensitivity items? Also, are there any open-source universal programmers? I have a pic programmer and a eeprom/flashrom programmer, horrible compatibility.
