GH-032-11 no ps2 backup
GH-032-11 no ps2 backup –
We usually get the GH-035-61 here in Australia but today i have got 2 new versions one a GH-035-41 which the ice works perfectly in.
Came across my 1st GH-032-11 today and tried the ice V012a code and the following results.
Pictures are attached to the link as this revision motherboard has a total different IC layout in some places to the normal GH-035's we get.
PS2 original = OK
PS2 Backup CD = No Boot RSOD
PS2 Backup DVD-R = No Boot RSOD
PSX = OK
Disable = OK
Tested all the wires 100% will try another chip in it in the morning as its late.
Early prototype of the Slimline with both the EE chip and the GS chip,
instead the current forsale models which use the combo EE/GS chip.
Can you display a close-up of the BIOS chip, and see if the version
numbers on that chip match like a V10 mainboard?
Very neat find!
Success with the alternate 5V point which is in the same position on the GH-032 as it is on the GH-035.
PS2 backups are now playing 100%
Bios revision numbers are the same as the GH-035's
They are marked as 70002a in lowercase very smaller lettering the 70002b are the GH-035-61 and some are 41's over here
The PAL/NTSC Color Fix point is in a different position as the Chip is on the opposite side fo the board.
Will take a picture of the point when i get my camera back.
Another Ice Success!
