as even a perfect code on a high quality modchip
can damage a PS2 console...

Todays modchips should also provide with a user friendly & safe installation,
for installers support.
I hope that this part of a commercial modchip will be worked,

the fact is without real mod developers code we wouldnt have jack in the first place MOD DEV not cloners like you ;) with a new fangled board design.

installing is piss full stop i teach people on a daily basis and in a hour they would have the basics to solder the hardest of component's.

the main thing is code and it's reliability how can you say 99% is the install :crazy: you would not be installing shit at all if it was not for the foudation which is the code.

in the wrong hands yes it can but without the code how you plan on installing something in the first place

I know of a guy here in Croatia that is selling home made mod chips with ICE code in them.

just out of interest sake there is a mod chip callded solutionx witch i belive uses the ice v9 code and there are a couple of others but solutionx is more afaleble and whats stopping them making the chips enay way?
