What version of ps2 do you have?
was it the normal ice +5 volt connection you grounded?
In fact, I burnt my motherboard, it's a v7 GH-019 and I wanna know wether I have ti change the bios chip and/or other parts on the mobo to get my ps2 working without a modchip for a 1st step.
start with the fuses, here are a link to all ps2 models.

The fuses are all ok :( . Is there other sensible parts to look at ? Is there a way to reprogram the bios chip ?
have you check the voltage regulator ? its labeled 7805 its a 3 pins little "black box", mmm wait a sec i shoot a picture of it (on a ps1 board) :)
The one at the top picture , its labeled 78M05 , 05 for 5V :)
Pin at left is voltage IN , the flat pin at top chip is ground and right pin is 5v regulated OUT
