Anyone,
do you know if the USB FLASH drives (pnp for Win) are supported by the PS2 drivers as a disk/memory ?
Has anyone tried it ?

i dont think the ps2 has any preprogrammed drivers at the moment. all usb peripherals i have run across must have driver support included on the particular game..
I've tried a zip drive, flash card reader, joystick, harddrive, CDRW, mouse, keyboard, camcorder, and some other devices (I've had the PS2 for a long time)... none of them were recognized by the firmware. The network adapter isn't either.Originally posted by falcon

So, no it won't. If it could, it would have been able to read the flash card reader or the zip drive as well as the HD and possibly the CDRW. If a title needs to use the USB or unpowered firewire port, the game must support it.
I want to know how to put screen mods and stuff on my ps2 using a pen drive, i have found several on the internet but id like an explaination
if you get the codebreaker cheatware you can use your flash drive to import game saves and new codes.
