Saved Memory Card Data

Hi there, can anyone help me out with any info on whether it's possible to transfer data from a memory card to a PC or a Data-stick via USB or otherwise? I have some saved Music 2000/3000 data (similar to the Apple's: Garageband) that i wish to extract from the PS Memory card to edit on a computer. Otherwise i have to start from scratch and some of the samples are quite comprehensive. Any help is greatly appreciated,

You can get access to MC via using PS3MCA Tool app and Memory Card Adaptor (must be original). Or if you have hacked PS2 just run some file manager (i.e uLE) and copy it to usb device (mass:/ (FAT32 on MBR)).
