Well, the problem being is this. It's a true PL-2301 cable and I'm using the JAP AR2V2 V2.01 from Datel and I can't get the Xport Software to work with the cable. Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the icon on top with the USB icon light up if the cable is plugged in for the AR2?

Anyways, it doesn't and trying to force it to use the Xport drivers under XP doesn't want to accept it, only the drivers that are recommended for the cable from the mfg.

I'm kinda stumped on this and was wondering if there were any suggestions?

you can use NPort to transfer saves using naplink as your base.
Thanks Guichi! After some digging, I found Gothi's site and had the old Sharkport software still up. Downloaded that and it's working.
