Problem with Codebreaker 8.1

I've recently purchased a Codebreaker 8.1 and discovered this cannot works on a modded system. My monitor display a black screen after the initial PS2 logo display. Is there a crack for this?

Hey,

if your's a Magic V chip, then use GameShark 3. It works on mine and it's a back up copy, too.

My other backup copies of AR MAX and GS 4.01 can work on my system. Only this CB 8.1
