Ok, this is what i want to do.

I have a memory card for ps2 and on the card is a save game with 20 horses i have bred myself for a game called gallop racer. All the horses have stats and attributes, for example 85 speed, 93 stamina, 59 courage.

I am wondering if i can edit the horses stats and jack up all the stats to 99 by editing the hex or something like that. Some one please tell me that it is possible.
