PES5 Option file

Hi i got a PES5 Option file from gamefaq and opening it with PS2 Save Builder shows that it has three files:
BESLES-53544PESOPT 1.19Mb
icon.sys 964 bytes
icon_view 32.8KB

I would like to ftp the save to my memory card. I read on another forum that i need to extract the contents of the file. Do i only need to extract the first file BESLES-53544PESOPT, or all three.

All three into a folder named exactly as the Root/ID section is

PS2 Save Builder says that the root ID is BESLES-53544PES5OPT
so are u saying that i make a folder called BESLES-53544PES5OPT and put the three files in it and then send this folder to my memord card via uLaunch?
