Newbie Ques: How to move savegames to memcard?

sorry.. but i searched thru the forums and all the explanations still seem too complicated, i think i have a slight grasp, but i just need to be clarified.. thnx!

anyways what i have are:
Ps2 /w network adatper /w modchip

Now what steps and software do i need to transfer .cbs (codebreaker) savegames to the memcard so that the ps2 can load them?

From what i 'searched' I think the easiest solution is Execsftp. is it like, i connect ethernet cable from PC to ps2, set it up. load up execsftp on ps2 then transfer and thats it..?

please help a fellow member out
