mc exploit + swapping without SM ?

I'm trying to find out if you can use the mc exploit and swap without owning swap magic or any real cd besides the PS1 game your mc exploit works with?

I have a friend coming over and I thought I could hack his memory card with his PS1 game and he could use the CDLoaders on www.swapmagicfix.com to run games... but I the CDLoaders keep saying Invalid Media Type..

There any way to 1) Run PS1 game, 2) swap PS1 game for burned DVD and then 3) run some elf that boots it?

youd need to find some way to get the files to your memory card first of all. that requires swap magic (pretty stupid if you ask me) or some form of cheat device (gameshark2 old version, AR). basically you need a way to boot a CD-R and from there the files on the CDR install onto your memory card. afterwards you use a ps1 game to boot to exploit and then you do a lil swappin and you can play dvd backups.
