Load codebreaker from memory card?

I downloaded codebreaker v9. Its only the elf file, and i attempted to install in on my memory card through dms explorer (i have a dms3). Also I have hd loader working fine. I just cant seem to get this elf to boot from off of my memory card...? When i attempt to load it, i get a black screen of death. If anyone has any info on how to do this please help.

it doesn't work. the highest ver codebreaker i've tried that works is v7. anything above that gives me the bsod.
