My Q is as simple as the title of the thread...
How can I have protected files in memory card cos my little devil plays sometimes with my Ps2 (V7 Messiah 2 and Maxtor 200G) and sometimes he plays also in the browser with saves and elf files.
I asked about this cos I saw when entering memory browser -> options -> of a file a sentence something like "Protection of the file = none".
the rest to do is to thanks all of u people of the forum to make the scene of the ps2 one of the most interesting scene.

That's copy protection (from one card to another) there's no option to stop any saves being deleted so I suggest making regular backups of your saves

Theres a program called PS2 Save builder that allows you to turn on copy protection, which is the option you were seeing in the memory card browser. This doesn't protect it from being deleted though, so I don't know if it'll help much.
