help about playing games with usb

i have patched my memory card (8mb) with the free mc boot patch (version 1.8).. i can watch movies from usb sticks, i can play games from dvds but i don't know how to play games with the usb stick..

if anybody knows please help me :)

i open this program on my ps2 but i cannot find a way to open any game

the games must be .iso or should i extract them??
