About LinkBackswelp, i followed everything on this one site's tutorial on how to boot a disc and install hd loader on the MC. I ahve a version 7 ps2, Nero 6, and magic swap v.3.
when the utility was ready(cheap cd-r), i used magic swap to boot the utility that i just made but it did not load. how come?

08-01-2004,10:01 PMSup, in case you are still looking for solution. I figured what we've done wrong. SM3 will NOT boot the utility disk that you made. You need to download the CDLoader v7 (swapmagicfix.com) then load the CDLoader disk with SM3, then from CDLoader disk when it said "Press X to Play" then you swap out the CDLoader disk you made with the utility disk and surely it'll work.

08-11-2004,04:11 AMYou then have to get DVD Loader, which you burn to dvd-r, then eject for a PS2 CD game, then swap for the Exploit Disc.

i got dvdloaderv7, burned at 1X on my normal memorex dvd-r with dvddecryptor and it wont load.
i insert SM DVD, swap for dvdloader, press X and wait a lonf time for a pink border...

-_- the reason y it doens't load cause of toc.. lol..
there's 2 ways outa tthis prob.. REFRESH the toc wit a smaller ps2 game.. OR (better way) MAKE a 100 mb toc in from of the data ^_^ then add the data and BURN!!
to MAKE shure it's before the data.. use sony cd/dvd gen.. or.. cd gen

quick question here...i hope! i am also having no luck getting the cdr i made with the mc exploit on it to load. i have a V3 ps2 and a v1.9 gameshark. oh, and i have a starchip (which is a neo2.2, really). anyone have any suggestions regarding how to load up the cdr i made? everything usually loads for me with the gs1.9 and starchip combo!
