GS dongle QNS

Is there a way to backup the gameshark dongle?
I heard its a psx mem card, but when i put it in my psx i cant see anything.

I just wanna back it up in case it break.

nop, except maybe with a sharkport I think, not sure

Sharkport/Xport only recognises PS2 memory cards.

Erm, my sharkport recognizes it. After all, how does it exchange GS codes if it can't read the device they are stored on?

You can backup the codes on it with the Xport/Sharkport but you cannot make an 'image' of it (which is what I originally thought he meant

) like you can regular saves.
