Wouldn't something like this be easily acchievable through some sort of built in feature in a modchip or as a "loader" type patch thing, kinda like forcing a game into a different region wih swap magic, or possibly even an HDLoader function?

I have already tried to find out if this file is on that modchips forums but had no success. I have PMed the person who made that post though. If I find out more I'll update everyone.
