Firstly you will need PS3 or 360 RPF7 key.
How to get x360 archive key
How to get x360 archive key, you will need:
- Xbox Image Browser v220.127.116.110 (cos XBC v18.104.22.1685 will give error)
- XexTool v6.3
- Dageron's GTAVKeyExtractor, here: download
extract default.xex from your gta v iso backup, run xextool from console (with .bat or how you like)
xextool -b default.exe -i default.idc default.xex
you will see default.exe, just drag'n'drop it to Dageron's tool and you will get the key.dat file, put it inside of LibertyV folder (make backup).
How to get ps3 archive key:
You will need to decrypt PS3 EBOOT.BIN or SELF Files, there is some tutorials on net.

Next download LibertyV
Place the key in the same folder as LibertyV and name it "key.dat"
Right-click on files and hit 'Export' to extract them (make backups of everything!)
Most .meta, .dat and .xml files can be edited in Notepad++
To add a file back you must first delete the file from the RPF, and then right-click 'Import'
Then use Save as new file (DO NOT REPLACE opened one).. to save it - it doesn't save automatically so make sure to do this.
If you are doing x360 iso mod, then you modded file needs to be smaller, then original (in most way it's will be bigger), delete some comments inside handling file, it's will help.

After editing for example common.rpf, you will need to replace it on two folder inside of internal hdd of your game backup
so, here is path to files, there two copies of this rpf and it's needs to be replaced:

If we are talking about common.rpf replacement on lt 3.0/x3key, anyway iso mods.
You will need to delete all 4 parts, that installed from first DVD on your internal hard drive, then edit iso files and REINSTALL game from the start (around 28 minutes waiting), here is files location:
If you are on freeboot/dual nand/other - it's just like on ps3, more easy way.

caution: authors of game tools and tutorial writer do not support online modding, anyway if you will cheat in public online, even if you don't be banned on psn/live, you will be going into rockstar's special prison "cheaters pool", outside from the bona fide players.
