Like in the pause menu on the actual game? Yeah I did. Looks great at night. I found it can be a little bright during the day.
I'd recommend using K3R3D0R's v2 menu and hosting a game, then find the weather that suits the GFX Mod best and use that menu to freeze time.

mmm... i have a problem.
I tried to mod the psn version of gta 4 but the file common is common.edat and not common.rpf
I rename .edat in .rpf but OpenIV doesn't open the file
Please help me, and sorry for my english, I'm Italian
