Hello,
what do i need to use this "Ish"-Mod?

Its a lil bit much of information, many links and many shortcuts/abbreviations about a lot of stuff and im honest, i dont know here to start.
What is that evil airport?
Do i need this?

WHat i want is what i saw:
I saw a better looking gta and i want to try this

So what do i need to download?
I downloaded a 64,3MB file, with 2 .rpf files in it.

What do i need else?
Many download links are also not working.

ANd what is gta warz? Why is it linked here?

Please help to clear my confusion

Thanks fo da kind words . You got da NewestISH in da two rpfs ya ave.
Delete your game data , back up the original rpfs, replace the files and then install game data.
If you wanted a better lookin GTA IV than ya got it. V II is da best of all my work, like the WARZ series I did with JDMAlex.

I guess i was just confused by the mass of statements and links in all news and also in this thread. There is also a newish mod link from beginning of 2012 and its 130mb.
So i thought the newest update cant be everything i need, cause its only half the size of the file released early 2012.

But yes, i did what u said before i read ur answer.
Was more easy than i thought hehe

Btw, can i just replace the to replaced rpfs files to have the old look?
I didnt play gta4 for such a long time ... i rly cant say what has changed with that mod
I guess reflections are up ... but i thought the textures are much better.
And i have now a game that is a lil bit too bright sometimes and sometimes way too dark ... but maybe i just have to adjust my lcd for that game.

NewestISH V II is the latest in my visual series of mods brought forth by the CTE(console texture editor). Played round with dat a lot, tested many different textures. Of all I did, these were da best.
Lil piggies, Colored Radio Icons, and Ol eng fo the pause menu all with ol faithful Reality IV.
Shiny azz cars and wicked colors, check lighting ,drizzle, and rain. Colors at dusk and dawn look amazing.
When using Reality IV I crank up da brightness on my display(USE HDMI!!)and turn all display settings in da game to halfway fo best effects overall.
I thank you for making I walk though this for all those who ave problems. Being a modder and doing ISH like dis everyday, I believe we often think dat all can replace and play in a matter of minutes.
