Is there a GET_VEHICLE_QUATERNION? I'm away ATM on my phone. If you could get them and have a button like dpad up or down to modify the values and set them in SET_VEHICLE_QUATERNION
Maybe it crashed cus of the collisions was on? I would like to try some things myself Later.
You can get the values but they are weird, the range for each is -1.0 to 1.0. If you want a quick look at the output, I have this already compiled, it's three socks' xyzh example with a few other things added.
I just found this post that might help calculating this. It would definitely be cool to figure out.

thats given me a good idea to upgrade a car spawner even more, just get your vehicles quaternion and then set the spawned vehicles quaternion the same, that way you could make it when you spawn a car moving at speed in mid air, it will spawn the car and you'll stay going in exactly the same direction at the same speedQuote:

Maybe if you use apply force and get veh quad together to keep it in wheely mode
Eg get the Float Val from the quad and when quad is lower then what you want have it apply the force all in loop

i know, but if you get the quaternions aswell, then your created car will match even if its in the air or on its roof, it would make it look like your car just changed modelQuote:

Calculating your own is the problem, this is from another original script: SET_VEHICLE_QUATERNION( l_U2356, 0.00360000, 0.00420000, 0.71710000, 0.69690000 );
You should be able to SET that just fine, but if you try to change just one value, like make the last one 0.4242 while leaving the others as-is, it will probably crash because it's not a valid quaternion.
And I might be totally wrong too. I tried to increment only one of the values one time and it froze, and I moved on. So I could have screwed something else up. One time I wasted a couple hours wondering why something wouldn't work right before realizing I used = instead of == in an if statement.
