Ok Okay let me remember this...
This is one I made a month ago and seemed to ascend to the clouds like a eagle getting lost in flight.

Anyway...
This weapon info is only for those who have installed GTA IV WARZ EP IV.v. This is my latest weaponinfo for the EFLC weapons which will unleash the sweeper shotgun as well as making the m249 way more powerful. Grenade launcher rate of fire is also increased.
Open IV and open up your common.rpf. Replace the weaponinfoeflc.xml with this one and rebuild. Replace the common with the newly modded one (BLUSXXXX/PS3_GAME/USRDIR)delete game data and reinstall.
