[RELEASE] EFLC native colors!

This mod will give the game a better look, giving things like...
- Reality IV
- NO blur(all BLUR from TLAD is gone!) and better shadows.
- Red and black screen when a main character dies.
- Colored radio icons!
- Lil Pigs in place of the old wanted stars(light those piggies up!)

Will work on BLES and BLUS(not tested on complete ed).

Both new EFLC mods work with 3 socks EFLC package/script. EFLC is awesome now, back to lightin up piggies.
