[RELEASE] EFLC Modded Weapons!

This mods the guns of EFLC, giving handguns,shotguns fire rates like the golden uzi.
MP5 image swapped with Golden UZI so Luis and Johnny can use it right from the beginning.
Golden UZI anim + Golden UZI image = GOLDEN UZI which has the highest rate of fire for all guns of EFLC.
pumpshot and shotgun image swapped with AA12. EFLC weapons modded for the first time!

Using this mod w/ the visual mod, and 3 socks mod garage/modmanager is the f'n ISH! Modded vehicles, modded weapons, modded visual ISH, and Script commands(this is what needs to be worked on now, what we have now is great!). Listenin to Roddy(RamJam) and paintin custom Police Stingers(RED, White, Yellow!)LOVE EFLC now. Just liked the game before...
