trying to get neon lights under the car with three-socks, anyone know how?

You can't with my trainer.

You can either use someone else's trainer.

If you install someone else's mods using a PKG file it will overwrite your existing mods. So you have to follow the manual install intructions in the first post. But using your or someone else's sco's (mods) instead of my trainer ones.

my man, i love your mods and i will highly appreciate it if you also reuploaded the eflc .pkgs for 4.21 like the old mod manager ones(i have no problem with the manual installation), at least the bles one if you can, and i want to take this opportunity and say your work is amazing, thank you.

The EFLC PKG's are not essential. (The PKG's on their own do not install the trainer). You should be able to just follow the manual installation instructions and you'll have it.

i understand the manual installation instructions, and again have no issues with them, but my problem is that the game wont run on rex 4.21.2 (gives error) because i originally ran the game regularly with the old pkg installed on 3.55, the pkg needs to be resigned for 4.21 in order for the game to even boot up, since its an update pkg. i attempted doing so (resigning the eboot from "hdd0/game/bles00887/usrdir" to 4.21 with the latest trueancester self resigner) and i have had limited success. the game boots up just fine, but when i select tbogt for example, i now have the infinite loading screen dimmed but no hdd installation.
EDIT: i have not, by the way, installed the mod yet, i will as soon as i get the game working first.

Ah ok I see what you mean. Try deleting the game data (not savedata) from xmb. Game -> Game Data -> GTA EFLC.
