    1.Create folder GTA_EFLC in root of dev_hdd0
    2.Copy USRDIR without EBOOT.BIN (like this: /dev_hdd0/GTA_EFLC/USRDIR )
    3.Install PKG https://psx.egnyte.com/h-s/20120623/5f865ec6708c4480 and launch game =)

The package is for Bles, but it works for Blus(tested Iself).Or you could just launch it from external...
Lol, I could never find the info on how to patch it to work from internal. Thanks for the info Sith!

If it's not working, just double check and make sure you put the correct img's in the correct dlc folder (dlc2 = tbogt) of the installation. When you boot up single player, just dial 663 and wait a few seconds and the mod menu should come up. If it comes up, then you should be set for online as well.
I never got it to run from internal. If I tried to load from internal, once it got to the screen with the girl with the lollipop, the screen would dim like it was trying to install game data like normal when you put in a new game for the first time, but it would just stay like that and not do anything.

I'm gonna try what nativesith suggested. I downloaded the PKG he linked me to and installed it from the "Install Package Files" in the XMB. Right now I'm just backing up the game to internal HDD again because I erased all my game data so I could start over fresh. Once it's done, I'll go into FileZilla and try replacing the files again. Hopefully it works this time. I'm assuming the PKG file nativesith linked me to helps to allow me to run from internal HDD.

Well, that didn't work. I deleted EBOOT[dot]BIN from the USRDIR folder. Then I moved the USRDIR folder to the GTA_EFLC folder you had me create. Doing this finally made GTA show up on my XMB, but when I try to load it I get a black screen and I have to restart my PS3.

    It must be like
    1st make Hdd0/GTA_EFLC/USRDIR delete eboot...Then install package.

common, dlc1,dlc2,PS3,and Update folders with the audio ,common ,and ps3.rpfs in the USRDIR folder of GTA_EFLC folder?
Copy the USRDIR folder not just the contents. That is the mistake I made the first attempt., I copied the contents and did not make a USRDIR folder after the GTA_EFLC folder.

I left clicked and dragged the URSDIR folder and dropped it directly into the GTA_EFLC folder that you made me create. So all of the contents went with it.

    UP0001-BLUS00002_00-0000111122223333.pkg
This is for BLUS specifically. Now delete all the ISH start over with this...

Still nothing. Try to load EFLC from HDD and it goes to black screen and I have to restart my PS3.

This is why I was hoping EvilB would follow through on the instructions. Would be nice to have a detailed step-by-step. I know there's something simple and stupid I'm missing and I know I'm so close to having it work. I don't have an external hard-drive and the biggest USB stick I have right now isn't big enough to back the game up to. So, for now, I can't load the game externally. I'm starting to pull my hair out. Would be nice if there was a way for someone else to just set it up for me. LoL

Pulled my hair our for days trying to figure it out myself. I would just run it from external USB (easier to update files too instead of ftp'ing to your ps3). I picked up a nice 32gb PNY usb stick from bestbuy for 20$. There's also another way if you have a legit ps3 on OFW but it requires you to buy EFLC on PSN store (20$) and data transfer from your OFW to CFW, replace script files, and then data transfer back.
