Network Trainer = Online play
Console Trainer = Solo play

They should both work either way around, just depends on how the developer set things up.

If you want to add mods like the superman mod, simply download the superman mod SCO file, and rename it to modslot01, modslot02 etc for any other mods for however many slots said trainer can handle and then put them in either the script.img (For solo) or script_network.img (For online) and click File > Rebuild in OpenIV. Add that .img file into wherever that needs to go, do what you gotta do for PS3 and boom.

I Burned a disc with this on it and when I go in mutiplayer and try open menu nothing happens works great on my jtag but not on iso does anybody know reason why?

No use open IV and move the SCOs over. They need to be linked appropriately.

For the complete edition you will need to extract the update.img from one of my pkg's for GTAIV and replace it in GAMES\BLES01128\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\IV\update

for EFLC replace each DLC script.img and script_network.img in
TLAD - GAMES\BLES01128\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\ELC\DLC1\DLC\commo n\data\cdimages
TBoGT - GAMES\BLES01128\PS3_GAME\USRDIR\ELC\DLC2\DLC\commo n\data\cdimages

@ westwoood......Complete edition can be a pain to load the first time. This is how i get it to load from a clean install from an external HDD.
First make sure ALL game data and saved games are deleted (GTAIV related).
Go into multiman and press the square to bring up the options.
Check the direct boot option and set the permission. I also check the external option but not sure if you really need to.
When it kicks you back in multiman press select and X which should load the game directly.
I normally load GTAIV first. Once one of them has loaded end the game and go back into multiman and uncheck direct boot that way if you play online it wont show up as multiman.
Then just load the other two as normal.

thank you for you reply. i tried that and it didnt work. and i am play the game from internal. im on rogero 4.30 2.05
it all ends up in a loop which never end. tried almost everything, dont know what else i can do

Ok so i tried to install the first time it worked but then i booted it a second time and it did not can you just give me everything in the pkg minus the update i will download it separately. btw it's a infinite loop problem.

What files do i need only for the mods

I get dimmed screen and loop problem when i install pkg

I tried everything. that's why i would like to know which files are necessary for only the mods because i i already have the update.

Do i only need update img

Or do i need more?

Edit 2: guess it was update img making my backup loop

any idea how to fix this although with mm it loads only when put in direct boot mode but then i really can't play online and it won't save so how could i fix this

Do i have to install only the modded 1 06 PKG. or do i have to change SCO and other files.
Its been a long time since i used mods on gta and now on 4 30 CFW my old mods dont work.
It throws me back to xmb with error message. Maybe its because it was signed for 3 55 or something.

The latest mod that i got from here for BLES installed and the game booted but it takes it to infinite loading screen.

What should i do to get this working i dont remember anymore how it should be done cause before these PKGs, on 3 55 i had to always manually change scriptIMG and other stuff
