    Ive been meaning to test my theory about detecting freeze cars with scripts for awhile now just never got around to it until today when i got frozen out of a couple games by freeze cars. I decide to test my theory and what do you know i was right all along.



    It will be an instant delete unlike in the video i put a 2 sec delay so the freeze car detected text shows before the freeze car deleted text appears, also i need to know how long does it take for the freeze car to effect the lobby when online someone says they get frozen out straight away and this wont work,
    but ive now removed the 2 sec delay and it deletes it instantly and i mean instantly so fast you think did i just spawn a car. The only problem i see with this is if the cars ID cant migrate.

    It could yes but its not working fast enough because they are spawning freeze cars with scripts which use the natives SET_CAR_ENGINE_ON and SET_HELI_BLADES_FULL if these natives are not used then it would delete the car before it can effect the lobby.

    Is there no workaround for that at all? And sorry for freezing you so many times yesterday lol. I guess it was all in the good of trying to stop it though.

    Another option to totally stop the freezing whether it be a boat or a heli is to just delete said vehicles from the game. Whether it's image swapping them with something else is your choice but not having them in your game = not getting froze by them. Just an option.

    Its all good i was willing to be froze for tests and i dont want to remove/swap any img's i like to keep everything default even the common.rpf with default handling

    Im not bothered getting froze its the non modders im concerned about they getting dragged in to this freeze war because some modder gets bored of playing and decides to freeze peoples consoles before he/she leaves the game or they just think they are god because they can freeze you.
    The only way would be adding it hidden in your scripts but they can still freeze you if they disable the scripts with it hidden in and im not sure if then it will delete the freeze car fast enough before it effects the lobby.

    Plus i wasn't using the script i made i was using xmc auto delete car feature which is the samething but could be abit slower than the sco i have because of the other checks that xmc has active at startup next time you burn a CD ill send you the sco and you can activate it then try spawning a freeze car and see if it effects the lobby before it deletes.

    This gave me a good idea to bury secret code into my menu that deletes freeze cars when the user spawns them

    How do you check if a specific vehicle is a freeze car (I know nothing about common.rpf mods other than freeze cars are some sort of handeling mod that turns a car into another vehicle (heli?)

    GET_CAR_MODEL(Vehicle vehicle, uint *pValue);
    IS_THIS_MODEL_A_HELI(uint model);
    Any chance it is those two natives, one to check if it is a car, the other to check if the car is a heli? (again, I really know nothing about common.rpf so I'm really talking out of my ass :P )
