We do ask for a source with any sco(so we can look at it and perhaps improve on it).
1st post by JDMAlex is a perfect example of how we would like the map mods released.

As far as I know, "Permit A 38" doesn't exist here. I believe what you're referring to is the example sith posted on how JDMAlex did it.

sith tried helping you, as did HuN I think by fixing the links in your post. So really you could at least thank them instead of moaning you can't do it yourself. Everyone's been there.
I also believe half of that handful for creating new stuff is here. Period.
