i dont know how to edit car texture using cte so please show me a website where i can download cars

it is not currently possible to edit cars in the xbox and playstation versions of Gta iv, eflc or the complete edition

thats not what i would class as modding, the cars already exist in a game you're just moving them to another version, anyway i said edit by which i mean't changing a specific car in some detail or another

that eflc to iv was a little project i was working on couple of months ago
