Question about the location of the mods

I have a problem. The Legendary's/Inserrextion Ultra Loader (from se7ensins[.]com) for the Original GTA IV works fine if I rename the script_network[.]img to update[.]img and put it into the hdd:
dev_hdd0\games\BLES00299\USDIR\
I use the original GTA IV Disc.
This work perfect for me both Online and Offline!

Only update[.]img works fine, If I put only the script_network[.]img into the hdd the menu doesn't work!
dev_hdd0\games\BLES00299\USDIR\script_network[.]img
dev_hdd0\games\BLES00299\USDIR\script[.]img
dev_hdd0\games\BLES00299\USDIR\update[.]img

Know I have the GTA IV Complete Edition and there isn't a update[.]img file in BLES00299 and on TBOGT (BLES00887) there isn't a script_network[.]img file. Only original GTA IV (BLES00229) has the file.

The location of the files and of the game:
GTA IV:
dev_hdd0\games\BLES00299\USDIR\script_network[.]img
dev_hdd0\games\BLES00299\USDIR\script[.]img

GTA IV The Ballad of Gay Tony:
dev_hdd0\games\BLES00887\USDIR\
(doesn't have script_network[.]img and script[.]img)

I tried to replace the script_network[.]img into:
dev_hdd0\games\BLES00229\USDIR\
But when I go Online and press L3+R3 the Menu doesn't show up.

I'm confused why this don't work.
Only update[.]img from original GTA IV works fine.

When I replace the script[.]img or put some scos in it, the game stuck at loading screen.


Do I have to put the GTA IV the complete Edition from Disc to hdd and replace the file?
With my Original GTA IV Disc it worked fine without to put the Game into the hdd that ist confusing.
